Q: Do I have to stay with my children while they play?

A: During the week, there must be a parent or guardian present with their children at all times. On the weekends, guests may drop off their children if that is not a problem with the party parent(s). We do ask, however, that you check in with the party parent(s) before leaving your child. All children must come with a liability form (inside their invitation) or a parent/guardian must sign for them at the front desk.

Q: Do you charge for parents?

A: No, We do not charge for Parents.    But limit two adults per family for General Admission.

Q: Am I allowed to bring in my own food, drinks, pizza, cake or gifts for General Admission?

A: No. You cannot bring your food, drinks, any cakes, pizzas or gifts for General Admission.     But you can bring your food except for pizza, ice cream & ice cream cake for your party.   You can order pizza, ice cream or ice cream cakes through us.

Q: Do you have Refrigerator to keep my food fresh?

 A: Due to limited size, we recommend to bring your ice chests.   

Q. Do you have Ice?

A: No. We do not have ICE. We suggest to bring Ice & Ice Chests.

Q. Can I bring Ice Cream or Ice Cream Cake?

A. No. You can order ice cream or ice cream cake through us. 

     Due to limited space, we do not have enough space to keep your ice cream or ice cream cake.

Q: Can I bring Cup or Can Drinks in the playroom for my party?

A:  No, you cannot bring Can or Cup Drinks in the playroom.  But you can bring them in the party room for your party.

Q: Do you have snacks or drinks in the facility?

A: Yes.

Q: How much are your video games?

A: Each video games take two quarters. Air Hockey tables take three quarters.

Q: Do you clean your equipments regularly?

A: Yes we do. We clean and sanitize all equipments.

Q: Do I have to wear socks?

A: Yes, all jumpers must wear socks in the play room.

Q: Can I play with my kids?

A: Yes as long as you have socks on as well. You have to remove belts. 
If other kids are playing, you'll have to wait due to the maximum weight per jumpers

Q: Am I allowed to bring alcohol to my party for the adults?

A: No, Alcohol Beverages are not allowed in the facility.

Q: Am I allowed to bring Confetti or Silly String?

A: No, both of them are not allowed to bring in the facility.

Q: Am I allowed to bring food warmers?

A: No.  Any kinds of Food Warmers are not alowed:  Including Crock Pots,  Flammable  & Candle food warmers  

Q: Is there a host in with my party at all times to help?

A: Yes. We assist you with everything. 
We are there to make sure that you and your guests are comfortable and have a good time.

Q: Am I allowed tip my party host?

A. Yes, if you feel that your host has provided a great service, you can tip the host(s) if you'd like.  Tips will be greatly appreciated, and although there isn't a set percentage for the tip, the amount should depend on the quality of service you received during the party.

Q: Can I extend play time or party time?

A: It depends on our party schedule. If we have scheduled next party, you cannot extend hours unless you book two or more slots. Additional charge for the extended hours may apply.

Q: Is it possible to re-schedule my party?

A: Please give at least 3 weeks prior notice to re-schedule your party; otherwise, we will not be able to accommodate you. 

Q: Is it possible to get a refund on my minimum deposit?

A: No, the minimum deposit is non-refundable, but is transferable for two months if cancelled 21 days prior to party date, otherwise deposit is forfeited. 
If you cancel your party within a week from your party date, you have to pay full amount.

Q. Do you sell Gift Certificates?

A. Yes, we do. 

Q. Do you accept checks?

A. Yes, we accept checks when you pay 10 days in advance.               Returned Check Fee: $25.00
      We do not accept checks on the day of your party.    We accept Cash, Debit, Visa or Master Credit Card.   

Q. Can I downgrade my party package?

A. No, You can not downgrade your party package.

Q. Can I upgrade my party package?

A. Yes, You can upgrade your party package. Please let us know at least 10 days in advance.

Q. Can I change or switch the play time and the party time?

A. No, You can't change or switch your play or party time. Your play time and party will be over at your scheduled time.

Q. Can I bring Clowns?

A. No,  Face Painting is not allowed in the facility. You can bring Balloon Makers. Thier job must be done 10 minutes   before      your play and/or party time.
